What does “oversized” scrunchie mean?

Our scrunchies are made to be approximately 3x the size of the average department store scrunchie. This gives a full and luxe look/statement in all hair types. 

What is your elastic guarantee?

In the extremely unlikely chance that the elastic of the scrunchie fails (hasn’t happened yet!), simply return to us and we will repair/replace it. Shipping charges will be your responsibility. 

I have really thin/thick hair. Will these scrunchies work for me?

We have made these scrunchies with all hair types in mind and they work wonderfully in both thin, thick, shorter and long hair. They will  give a slightly different appearance/statement depending on your hair type and fabric type of the scrunchie.

Where are you located?

We are local to Red Deer, AB Canada but offer Free Canada-wide shipping as well as shipping to the US for a fee. If you are outside Canada or the US and would like to place an order, please contact us.

Do you do custom orders?

Currently accepting custom orders on multiple scrunchies. If you want to match wedding colours for bridemaids, sports teams etc fill out the form on the contact us page or email eloandjay@gmail.com

Im in the US, how does payment work?

We love our US customers! Our prices are in Canadian dollars. When you place an order, once the transaction is posted to your card it will be exchanged in USD by your bank. The current exchange rate will make your total bill approximately 20% less than what it is in CAD. Yay!

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Unfortunately, due to being a small business and the nature of the product, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event that there is a mistake or damage to your order, please reach out to us so we can come up with a solution.

What kind of shipping do you offer?

For our Canadian customers we offer free untracked/uninsured shipping Canada-wide through Canada Post. (We are not liable if the package goes missing) If you would prefer to have your order insured/tracked, that is an option that can be chosen at checkout for a fee.

If you are in the US untracked/uninsured shipping (we are not liable for lost packages) by air is a flat rate of $10 CAD for up to 6 scrunchies or $14 CAD for tracked/insured.

I’m from a country other than Canada or the US, can I still place an order and have it shipped to me?

Our checkout page only allows shipping to Canadian and US addresses, however, if you are interested in a shipping quote to your country, please send us an email to eloandjay@gmail.com with the products your are interested in purchasing and your shipping address and we will get back to you as soon as we can with a quote.
